Hello lacrosse families,

We are all set-up for the bottle drive on September 16th. This will be a no-sort bottle drive with drop-off taking place at the school from 9-3. Athletes should canvas their neighbourhoods with flyers and then pick up the empties from homes on the Saturday and bring the empties to Claremont. We will need some volunteer drivers to help with empty collection, as well as volunteers to help at the school. If you are able to help with driving, please let me know via the sign-up link. There is a large area to cover, so the more drivers, the better. You can also encourage friends and family to bring their empties to Claremont.

Athletes are expected to be at this event.

This is typically the biggest bottle drive of the year, so we need all-hands-on-deck.

Last but not least SPREAD THE WORD. Getting the word out to others is the key to getting lots of donations. Using social media is an excellent way to spread the word, so please share on your social media outlets….facebook, twitter, instagram..all work really well! If you have a connection to a pub, restaurant, or any other place that may have empties, please reach out to them…they are often very generous with donations of empties.

We are looking forward to having a successful bottle drive and helping the boys raise lots of money for the program.
